The SMJFL is seeking mature-age umpires for the 2026 season. If you’re already at the footy most weekends and have a good feel for the game, why not get involved?

It’s paid, flexible and a good way to stay active while supporting local junior footy. You don’t need umpiring experience, the SMJFL will provide training and support. If you’re fair, calm and can make a decision, that’s a great start.
