Notice of Annual General Meeting
Dear EBVJFC member,
Notice is hereby given to members of the East Brighton Vampires Junior Football Club of the 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Nominations
Nominations are called for candidates for the following positions on the EBVJFC Committee for 2012.
Treasurer
After a number of years of valued service Celeste Lavender is stepping down.
General Committee Members
We are keen to invite any other member with an interest in helping with the administration of the club to join the committee and can discuss specific areas of interest.
The EBVJFC needs strong and committed leadership. If you know anyone at the club who would like to be part of the ongoing development of the club, please encourage and support their nomination.
Nominations for election to the Committee may be delivered to the Secretary at any time prior to the conclusion of reports at the Annual General Meeting. Nomination forms (see links below) should be signed by two financial Members of the Club.
Nominations must also be accompanied by a Consent of Nominee form signed by the candidate and this form is included with the nomination document.
Proxy Votes
Proxy votes are accepted. Any member wishing to make a proxy vote should complete the proxy form. Proxies must be lodged with the Secretary no later than 24 hours prior to the AGM.

Notice of Business by Members
Notice of any business for inclusion on the agenda of the AGM by members, including any motions and proposals, must be delivered to the Secretary no later than COB Monday, 21st November 2011.
